This monthly virtual workshop series brings together practice facilitators (coaches) and managers of practice facilitation programs for a deep-dive into practice facilitation competencies and best practices. We will share content to strengthen practice coach skills in the field and practice facilitation programs within healthcare delivery organizations. Each month will focus on one theme that will strengthen practice coach skills in the field and practice facilitation program management.
